Plan Compatibility:
- Free Plan: Configure the recipient email address for incoming support tickets.
- Paid Plans: Full email branding (Company Logo, Brand Color, Footer Details, and Social Links).
Step 1: Verify SMTP Configuration
Before setting up your support emails, ensure your email delivery system is set up properly. Refer to our Email SMTP Configuration Guide to confirm your site can reliably send outbound mail.
Step 2: Set Your Support Recipient Email (All Plans)
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Tickets > Settings > Email.
- Enter the email address where you wish to receive incoming support notifications and customer tickets.
Step 3: Customize Email Branding (Paid Plans Only)
If you are on a paid plan, you can customize the design and content of outbound emails to match your company’s branding:
- Company Logo: Upload your official logo.
- Note: If no logo is uploaded, NativeDesk will default to displaying your WordPress Site Name at the top of all emails.
- Primary Brand Color: Select your brand color using the color picker.
- Note: This color automatically sets the background color for action buttons inside your emails.
- Social Links: Add URLs to your active social media channels to include social icons in email notifications.
- Footer Information: Enter your business address, copyright notice, or custom footer text.
- Formatting Tip:
- Single Line: Keep all details on one continuous line without pressing Enter.Example:

Step 4: Save Settings & Send a Test Email
- Click the Save Settings button to apply your changes.
- Scroll to the Send Test Email section.
- Enter your email address in the provided field and click Send Test Email.
- Check your email inbox. The test email should arrive within a few minutes.
Troubleshooting Tip: If your test email does not land in your inbox within a few minutes, verify that yourSMTP Settingsare correctly configured and check your Spam/Junk folder.
