LifeMatters is a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to support the wellbeing of employees and their families. Their services span mental health, financial counseling, legal resources, work‑life support, and crisis assistance — all delivered with confidentiality and care.

LifeMatters partnered with Noble to modernize their mobile experience, making it easier for users to access support, find resources, and connect with the help they need at any moment.

LifeMatters needed a mobile app that could bring their wide range of services into a single, intuitive experience. Their challenge was to:
