Country Home Learning Center – Integrated School Operations Platform

Country Home Learning Center operates ten early‑education schools across Texas, serving families with programs that span infants through after‑school care. As the organization grew, so did the complexity of managing student records, attendance, billing, teacher workflows, and parent communication across multiple campuses.

Country Home partnered with Noble to design and build a fully integrated, permissions‑based platform that unifies their operations — connecting teachers, administrators, and parents through a seamless suite of mobile apps, lobby check‑in systems, and a powerful web dashboard.

Today, the platform is the operational backbone of all ten schools.

Solving the Business Problem

Running a multi‑location early‑education organization requires precision, compliance, and constant communication. Before partnering with Noble, Country Home relied on a patchwork of manual processes, disconnected tools, and paper‑based workflows that made it difficult to:

  • Maintain accurate student records across campuses
  • Track attendance and classroom movement in real time
  • Meet Texas state requirements for subsidy tracking and TEFA compliance
  • Provide teachers with simple tools for assessments and daily reports
  • Keep parents informed and engaged
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and payments at scale
  • Ensure data security and role‑based access across staff levels

Country Home needed a unified system — one platform that could support the entire lifecycle of a student’s day, from check‑in to pick‑up, from classroom observations to parent communication, from billing to reporting. Noble built that system.

What We Built

1. A Central, Permissions‑Based Student Information System
A secure, organization‑wide platform that maintains all student records across all ten schools, including enrollment details, schedules, health information, authorized pickups, and historical data.
Role‑based permissions ensure that directors, teachers, and staff see exactly what they need — and nothing they shouldn’t.

2. Teacher Mobile App
A modern mobile app used daily by teachers for:

  • Child assessments and developmental observations
  • Daily reports (meals, naps, activities, potty/diaper changes)
  • Photos and updates for parents
  • Classroom transitions and movement tracking
  • Incident reports and documentation
  • Parent engagement and messaging

Designed for speed, clarity, and the realities of a busy classroom.

3. Parent Check‑In / Check‑Out System
A dedicated lobby app that automates attendance and ensures secure, accurate drop‑off and pick‑up.

  • Parents authenticate and sign in/out their children
  • Real‑time attendance flows into classroom rosters
  • Supports Texas subsidy tracking and TEFA program requirements
  • Eliminates paper logs and manual reconciliation

This system alone replaced hours of administrative work per campus.

4. Billing, Invoicing & Payments
A complete financial workflow integrated with Country Home’s accounting processes:

  • Automated invoicing based on schedules and attendance
  • Payment tracking and reconciliation
  • Parent portal for online payments and autopay setup
  • Reporting tools for directors and administrators

The platform reduces errors, speeds up billing cycles, and gives families a modern, convenient payment experience.

5. Administrative Web Dashboard
A powerful, browser‑based application for directors and leadership to manage:

  • Rosters and classroom assignments
  • Staff permissions
  • Attendance and ratios
  • Billing and financial reports
  • Student records and documentation
  • Campus‑level and organization‑wide insights

This dashboard is the command center for all ten schools.

6. Additional Platform Capabilities
Because the system is deeply integrated, it also supports:

  • Real‑time communication between teachers and parents
  • Compliance reporting
  • Staff management and role assignment
  • Multi‑campus oversight for leadership
  • Secure data storage and audit trails
  • Scalable infrastructure for future growth

The platform continues to evolve as Country Home expands programs and operational needs.

Collaboration

Our partnership with Country Home has been long‑term and deeply collaborative. We worked closely with directors, teachers, administrators, and leadership to understand:

  • Daily classroom workflows
  • Parent expectations
  • State compliance requirements
  • Billing and accounting processes
  • Operational challenges across multiple campuses

Together, we designed a platform that fits naturally into the rhythm of their schools — not the other way around.

Project Importance

This platform is more than software. It’s the digital foundation that supports:

  • Safer, more organized classrooms
  • Stronger parent engagement
  • Faster, more accurate administrative work
  • Compliance with state programs and regulations
  • Financial clarity for both families and leadership
  • A consistent experience across all ten campuses

By unifying operations into a single, modern system, Country Home can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care and education to the children and families they serve.

This project reflects Noble’s ability to build large‑scale, mission‑critical platforms that transform how organizations operate every day.
